Join me for any or all of these FREE 12 meditation sessions. Curious about meditation, or perhaps you think you can't sit still and quiet the mind, these classes will open meditative doorways for beginners or seasoned students. Come join me. Each class stands on its own and will inspire you to practice in ways that are instinctive.
